Samara is the founder of Brew Naturals, an elderberry-focused craft food business rooted in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Her work centers around food, community, storytelling, and creating spaces where people feel connected and cared for. She recently launched the Heat + Eat Collective, a grassroots mutual aid initiative focused on community meal sharing and neighbor-to-neighbor support.
