| Title Short | Anti-Fascist Saints |
| Venue | Library |
| Experience Description | As we stand together against fascism, authoritarianism, and white Christian nationalism, social-justice Christians can always look to our spiritual ancestors for inspiration and hope. Come learn with the Rev. Nathan Empsall, an accomplished national organizer and writer, about how saints and other historical figures like Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Oscar Romero, Sophie Scholl, Janani Luwum, Harriet Tubman, and Ambrose used their faith to resist past authoritarian governments, and what they can mean for our current moment. As Romero told us, \Each one of you has to be God's microphone. Each one of you has to be a messenger, a prophet. The church will always exist as long as there is someone who has been baptized.\ |

| Title Short | Justice Manger: Anti-tyranny Christmas |
| Venue | Terra |
| Experience Description | We keep the cross on our walls all year, even when it's not Holy Week. Why not keep up the Nativity Scene, too? The Christmas story is the ultimate justice Scripture: a story to ground our spirituality and our work for change all 12 months, not just in December. This year, when we say we'll keep the Spirit all year long, let's mean it with Christmas in September. We'll talk about the importance of keeping joy in the face of modern King Herods, how Mary and the wise men stood up to tyranny, what the so-called stable and angels actually looked like, and what this can mean for Christian resistance today. We might even sing an acapella carol or two! |
