| Title Short | Co-creating an embodied faith unbound |
| Venue | Front Porch |
| Experience Description | There are many things that can disconnect a person from their body. Whether it’s because of body shame put on to us from society, family, or friends our own minds. Whether it’s because of identity, such as being a person of color, disabled, queer or fat or something else or if it’s just because life gets in the way, this experience is here for you . This will be a chance for people of anybody type or identity to come together and talk about what practices they might have found that helps them connect to their body or find embodiment and to workshop a few ideas together.
The workshop will start off with introductions and talk about what has worked or not worked in the past. Afterwards, I’ll lead us to some playful exploration and then we’ll come together and talk about how that felt for us.. |
